Who doesn't love to shop? Well, you, maybe! Because we know I'm not talking about shoes. It can be extremely confusing to shop for food these days. Our supermarkets are not simple to navigate: we are bombarded with advertisements, false claims, and zillions upon zillions of choices. How do you choose between the thousands of products that line the shelves? What do these labels REALLY mean? Which "version" is best? It can be very overwhelming, and you might find that even though you had the best of intentions, you ended up buying exactly what you bought the last time that you said you weren't going to buy!
That's where I come in. Great nutrition begins at the grocery store (or farmers market, specialty health store, or wherever you shop for your nourishment).
